Quantum Forge Labs is the group's manufacturing arm: a factory currently under construction, specified to produce hardware at scale for companies like Wicrypt and Knowledge Zero. Rather than importing finished devices, the group is putting the production line itself on the ground in Nigeria.
SMT lines
Surface-mount lines to populate boards at volume: solder paste printing, high-speed pick-and-place, reflow and automated optical inspection. This is the stage that decides whether a product can be made in thousands rather than dozens.
Assembly lines
Everything between a populated board and a boxed product: enclosure assembly, firmware flashing, functional test, serialisation and packing. Run as a line rather than a bench, so output grows with demand.
Heavy equipment
The plant is being equipped with the machinery large-scale factories actually run on. The intent is that capacity is never the constraint when a group company or an external client needs volume.
